Awaiting you the end of the trail is Colorado log cabin restaurant with glowing fireplaces to warm your fingers and toes, a wonderful selection of hot drinks, fine wines, and an epicurean delight to fulfill the heartiest of appetites.
Winter Lunch delivers ala carte hearty salads, delectable sandwiches, signature smoked trout, wild game, traditional Swiss Raclette, fresh baked breads, and homemade desserts with libations for every occasion.
Winter Dinner is a gourmet four course inclusive meal featuring Buffalo, North American Elk, Venison, and fresh line caught fresh fish all crafted using the finest sourced ingredients.
