Directions from Aspen:

  • Take Main Street (Highway 82 West) going out of town toward the Aspen Airport.
  • At the roundabout, exit onto Castle Creek Road; You will pass a hospital on your right.
  • Follow Castle Creek Road for 12.5 miles to the road’s end.
  • The Ashcroft Adventure Lodge will be to your right.

Driving Time: Approximately 30 minutes

Directions from Snowmass Village:

  • Take Brush Creek Road from Snowmass Village to Highway 82.
  • Turn right on to Highway 82, heading East towards Aspen.
  • Just before entering Aspen you will reach a roundabout.
  • At the roundabout, exit onto Castle Creek Road; You will pass a hospital on your right.
  • Follow Castle Creek Road for 12.5 miles to the road’s end.
  • The Ashcroft Adventure Lodge will be to your right.

There are many transportation options for getting to the Pine Creek Cookhouse if you are not driving your own vehicle. We highly recommend contacting the following transportation companies. Please be aware, there is no cell service or wifi for ride-share services like Uber or Lyft to pick you up and will likely not return for you. We recommend avoiding High Mountain Taxi, as they are unreliable and often cancel last minute.
