June 14th – Join us for an evening of climate conversation with Dr. Russ Schumacher of the Colorado Climate Center. Russ and his colleagues from the climate center will discuss what happened with Colorado’s last winter, and what this means for the future. Conversation is encouraged. We will start the evening with passed appetizers before seating at 7pm for dinner, followed by panel conversation and questions with Dr. Schumacher, while dessert is served. Unless you book a table, seating will be open seating. Dinner is Four courses, and will include complimentary wine and beer. CLICK HERE TO BOOK TICKETS.

Cancellation Policy: Non Holiday: Groups of 7 or less carry a 48 hour cancellation policy, and groups of 8 or more carry a 72 hour cancellation policy. GROUPS OF 14 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A $75/PERSON DEPOSIT FOR LUNCH, AND $165/PERSON DEPOSIT FOR DINNER. Should your group cancel or drop in numbers within this period you will be responsible for the full cost plus tax and 20% service charge. By booking you agree to this policy and to pay the no show charge should you cancel within the cancellation window.
Holiday Bookings December 21-January 4th: Once your reservation is booked, the booking is 100% non-refundable for any reason including covid-19, illness, transportation or flight issues, or any other reasons. The deposit is non-refundable, non changable and will not be given as a gift card. Should your group cancel or drop in numbers within this period you will be responsible for the full cost plus tax and 20% service charge.
