Regular Cancellation Policy: Groups of 7 or less carry a 48 hour cancellation policy, and groups of 8 or more carry a 72 hour cancellation policy. GROUPS OF 14 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A $75/PERSON DEPOSIT FOR LUNCH, AND $165/PERSON DEPOSIT FOR DINNER. Should your group cancel or drop in numbers within this period you will be responsible for the full cost plus tax and 20% service charge. By booking you agree to this policy and to pay the no show charge should you cancel within the cancellation window. Should you wish to move to a different date, or to adjust skier or sleigh numbers please call as soon as possible and we will do our best to make adjustments.
