All lunch reservations include a two-course dining experience.

Trail Access & Equipment
- Sleigh reservations include round-trip transportation by horse-drawn sleigh.
- A full-day Nordic trail pass is included with peak-priced ski and snowshoe lunch reservations.
- For regular-priced ski and snowshoe lunch reservations, a full-day trail pass is available separately for $25 per person.
- Equipment rentals are not included and are available at the Nordic Center.

Prices exclude beverages, applicable sales tax, and a 22% service charge.
Dinner Reservations
Enjoy an unforgettable four-course dinner surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the Elk Mountains. Guests may arrive by horse-drawn sleigh or cross-country ski/snowshoe under the stars.
Arrival & Check-In: 6:00 PM. All dinner guests must check in at the King Cabin Arrival Center at 6:00 PM. Guest parking is available adjacent to the King Cabin.
Please Note: The ski area does not open for dinner guests prior to 6:00 PM.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Non Holiday: Reservations carry a 24 hour cancellation policy for groups up to 13 guests, and 72 hours for 14 or more guests. Cancellations for any reason within this policy are responsible for the full cost of the reservation plus tax and gratuity.
Holiday reservations December 21st – January 3rd: Once booked, your reservation is final and 100% non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, family emergencies, travel delays, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or changes in personal plans. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows, regardless of circumstances. Please ensure your plans are confirmed before completing your reservation.
